Journeyman Plumber

PTO, FSA, HSA, and many more perks!Who You Are:- A certified/licensed Plumber with at least 4 years of experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.- Has passion for leadership and excellence.- An expert communicator, ready to work with both customers and crews.- Commitment to identify soft sale opportunities and them to sales.- Committed to safety, quality, and training others to meet your high standards.Qualifications:- Valid Indiana and/or Kentucky Journeyman or Tradesman license, both preferred, but not required to apply- Valid drivers license and clean driving record- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.Working conditions:- The position requires working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed- Occasional overtime may be requiredA+Derr Heating and Cooling has proudly served the Tri-state area for nearly 50 years.
