As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction processes, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties: Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assist in the assembly and construction of varying projects within the residential and commercial construction processes. Perform assembly tasks to support roofing, electrical, flooring, drywall, framing, cement and other various projects, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process. Assist in loading and unloading materials at job site or dump site. Must be able to stoop, bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, sit in awkward positions for extended periods of time, and be able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Must have 5 to 8 years of previous experience in a general residential or commercial construction environment. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Must have own basic tools Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 35 miles to job sites Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Ability to assemble and fabricate components as part of the production process. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the production environment.
