un Construction Estimator compensation: TBD We're a demolition & concrete contractor looking for a reliable Contract Estimator to help us with ongoing projects. This is a remote/flexible opportunity for someone who knows how to break down drawings, run accurate numbers, and turn around estimates on time. We're open to working with individuals or small estimating firms. What you'll be doing: Reviewing construction drawings, specs, and scope of work Preparing accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and/or commercial projects Working with our team to submit bids and budgets Adjusting estimates as project details change What we're looking for: 3+ years of estimating experience (residential or commercial) Good communication and quick turnaround times Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented How to Apply: Reply with a short intro about your background, your availability, and a few examples of past work or clients if you have them.
