Commercial Roofing Commercial Roofing Project Manager *(Note: Residential experience does not qualify)* We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Candidates with experience as a project superintendent who are interested in transitioning into this role are encouraged to apply. **Key Qualifications:** - Extensive experience in all phases of roofing and metal wall panel installation. - Familiarity with various roofing types, including SSMR, membranes, modified bitumen, shake and shingle, soldered copper, architectural metal wall panels, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), metal insulated sandwich panels, and custom metal trim and wall panels. - Experience with exterior building envelopes, excluding masonry and stone. **Benefits:** - We offer Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance, a bonus plan, and a retirement plan. **Job Responsibilities:** - Manage projects from contract initiation to closeout. - Conduct startup contract meetings and ensure compliance with the contract. - Oversee submittal management and schedule meetings. - Perform monthly job costing and manage purchase orders, pay requests, and subcontract agreements as necessary. **Project Scope:** - Our projects primarily involve government municipalities, including city, county, and state contracts. - We work with multiple educational institutions, including the University of Alabama, the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Auburn University, and various school systems throughout the state.
