Finish Carpenter**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in rough and finish duties, who is also familiar with tile work. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in carpentry, the ability to drill and set door hardware, and perform layout for stairs and common rafters. Proficiency in reading blueprints, as well as effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install doors and windows.

+ Read blueprints and utilize appropriate math skills for layout.

+ Instal Tile and caulking

+ Cutting and installing frames.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of finish carpentry experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints and lay out work.

+ Proficiency in carpentry, construction, and blueprint reading.

+ Experience with concrete and foundation construction.

+ Knowledge of hardware, framing, and rough carpentry.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Foreman and/or leadership experience is highly preferred.

+ Must have their own set of tools.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
