CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC technicians for a building renovation project in Alliance, OH. This role involves the installation of spiral and rectangular ductwork, along with applying insulation around the duct systems. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates ready to start immediately.

Work scope includes:

• Installing spiral and rectangular ductwork

• Wrapping and sealing duct with insulation

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Assisting with overall HVAC system installation and renovation support

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness on the jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Skilled in duct installation and insulation application

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
