Possess/demonstrates an understanding of weldingequipment & accessories. ? Manually TIG weld dissimilar metals i.e.,cupronickel to stainless and stainless to stainless. - Demonstrate theability to maintain weld quality and characteristics. - Ability toaccurately and efficiently use basic fixtures and hand tools. ? Must beexperienced/demonstrate ability to produce quality welds using TIG andMIG processes. - Must be able to identify and correct basic issuesaffecting weld quality. - Able to operate required machinery in thedepartment. ? Desire to perform at the highest level of competence andexpedience at all times. - Conscientious of product quality andproductivity to promote the growth of HTP DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Thefollowing is a brief description of some of the duties andresponsibilities but is not limited to: A. Responsible for good qualitywelding practices. B. Inspects completed product to ensure it meets allquality standards and specifications. C. Communicates with fellowworkers and superiors to maintain safety and quality. D. Suggestsproduction and quality improvement ideas to the Supervisor. E. Maintainstools and equipment in good working order. F. Responsible forhousekeeping in assigned work areas. G. Responsible for maintaining asafe work environment by following company safety policies andprocedures by wearing all safety personal protective equipment ?PPE? tomaintain a safe work environment at all times. H. Must be able to readblue prints. I. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner asdetermined by departmental goals. J.
