Journeyman Electrician - General Motors Plant (Wentzville, MO)**

**Pay:** $39.92+ per hour

**Shift:** Must be shift flexible (day/night/weekends as needed)

### **Job Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in an industrial environment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with machinery, production lines, and facility systems

- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Work with voltages ranging from low-voltage controls to 480V 3-phase systems

- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components and systems

- Ensure work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety standards

### **Requirements:**

- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification

- Minimum 4 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience

- Ability to work any shift (including nights and weekends)

- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and troubleshooting techniques

- Must be able to pass a **drug screen** and **criminal background check**
