Machine Operator - Rochelle, IL** **Job Description** Operate and maintain high-speed, robotic-assisted machinery to form and cut steel products, ensuring quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed to support efficient production. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate high-speed equipment with robotic elements. + Form or cut steel to specified dimensions and specifications. + Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed. + Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Collaborate with team members and report to the Plant Manager. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year experience in heavy industrial manufacturing. + Mechanical inclination. + Proficiency in milling, tape measure, troubleshooting, slitter, CNC, and blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience with similar equipment. + Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay with opportunities for weekly bonuses, low-cost health coverage, and a generous retirement plan. Training starts on the 1st shift for at least 4 weeks, with transitions to 2nd or 3rd shift. The environment is protected from weather conditions but not from temperature changes. Be aware of hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical currents, high heat, or chemicals. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Rochelle, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
