This role involves testing, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine servicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality service. With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Broad-Ocean Motor products, including electric motors, HVAC systems, and related components. Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, or software issues. Install new equipment and ensure proper functioning according to manufacturer guidelines. Assist customers and clients with technical support, providing guidance on best practices for operation and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and product advancements. Travel to customer sites as required for on-site service and support. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in electric motors, HVAC systems, or related fields. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience with electric motor technologies. Knowledge of HVAC systems and motor controls.
