Replace pipes with ABS. Jackhammer some of the old concrete. Replace shower and tub, faucets, and floor tiles. All supplies included. Specifically: - Replace the 4" cast iron main drain line of the house that the a. bathtub tub, b. vanity sink, and c. toilet drains into. We want it replaced this line and the above associated lines draining into it with PVC / ABS to at least the exterior cleanout of the house. We need to jackhammer concrete to get to all the piping underneath the house. The existing cast iron is 60+ years old and near end of lifespan. - Install tub, shower valve, water, new drain lines and wall tiling as needed. -Install vanity sink with faucet, water and new drain line -Install new toilet drain line.
