Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Superintendent position include: Strong commercial construction and renovation experience with aspirations for ground-up project management Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications using construction software Experience with preconstruction planning, scheduling jobs, and permit navigation Create and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules and lead on-site subcontractor meetings Oversee subcontractor performance, materials procurement, and quality control Coordinate with permit inspectors and maintain site safety standards Assist with business development efforts and client interaction Monitor and manage project costs and support the owner with tracking job costing Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
