Pay: $28-35 per hour, paid weekly!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 am-1:30 pm

Employment Type: Full-time, Trial to Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues

Install and adjust production equipment as needed

Support production by minimizing downtime

Maintain accurate maintenance records

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What makes you a great fit:

High school diploma or GED (required)

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

The role requires skills in welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical work, along with the ability to work safely around heat, noise, gases, and chemicals.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments
