Akkodis is seeking a Network Construction Manager for a Contract job with a client in Indianapolis, IN(Hybrid) . This role involves reviewing and processing splicing design packages and invoices and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely project execution. Rate Range: $41/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Network Construction Manager job responsibilities include: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including creating purchase orders (POs), change management (CMs), and reviewing invoices for accuracy-related to fiber network construction. Review splicing design packages, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate execution and billing of fiber splicing work (OSP and ISP). Assist with project financials, track milestones, forecast budgets, and support invoice resolution to maintain cost control and meet KPIs. Communicate with and manage construction and splicing crews, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to safety and quality standards. Utilize knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber network design, and construction standards to support service delivery and closeout documentation. Work closely with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Desired Qualifications: High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years in telecommunications or wireless construction. Hands-on experience with fiber cable splicing, OTDR testing, and understanding of OSP/ISP fiber construction techniques.
