Pay Range: $30.00 to $45.00 an hour + spiffs/incentives, based on experience and credentials
Benefits: Insurance (health, dental, and vision, with minimal out-of-pocket cost for the employee), 401k with 4% company match, 8 Paid Holidays + Floating Birthday Holiday (to be used in birthday month), 1 hour paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to improve system efficiency and longevity.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options to customers.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and participate in training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- EPA certification and additional industry certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must possess basic hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
