Welder Job Description: We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder/Fabricator to join our team. If you take pride in your welds and enjoy working with both carbon and stainless steel, this is the opportunity for you. Your expertise will be essential in assembling parts, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precise measurements for high-quality production. Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding using .045 wire on carbon and stainless steel. Read and interpret basic blueprints to assemble parts accurately. Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements. Assembled components and structures based on work orders. Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed. May assist with brake press or drill press operations when welding tasks are complete. Essential Skills 6+ months of welding experience or an Associate's degree in Welding. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Ability to accurately use a tape measure. What You Bring: Experience with MIG welding (carbon and stainless preferred) Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with shop tools and measuring equipment.
