Welder**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic custom fabrication shop as a Welder, where you'll partner with various companies to create custom projects that are beyond their capacity. This role offers flexible working hours, optional overtime, and opportunities for personal development in a supportive team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines.
+ Weld components and develop component weld fixtures or build machines while maintaining required quality specifications.
+ Set up welding machines and perform MIG welding on steel.
+ Grind and finish welds to meet quality standards.
+ Participate in a variety of projects depending on company needs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with MIG or TIG welding (1-3 years)
+ Familiarity with drawings or blueprints.
+ Experience working with carbon steel; experience with aluminum is a plus.
