General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with the loading and unloading of trucks. This role involves handling various items, many of which require team lifting and transporting up and down stairs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload items from trucks safely and efficiently.
+ Work with team members to lift and carry heavy or bulky items.
+ Navigate stairs and tight spaces while transporting items.
+ Ensure items are handled with care to prevent damage.
+ Follow safety protocols and use proper lifting techniques.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to lift 75+ lbs with assistance.
+ Comfortable with physical labor and working on stairs.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
+ Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in general labor or warehouse work is a plus.
+ Steel-toe boots are required for safety on the job.
+ Must wear appropriate safety gear (e.g., gloves, steel-toe boots).
**Work Environment**
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with tasks performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Shifts will include early mornings, and the setting is not climate-controlled.
