Low Voltage Electrician**
**Description:** If you're looking for a job ASAP and you have experience working with low voltage systems, then this is the position for you! A leading construction company in Omaha is looking for Low Voltage Electricians to join the team and assist with installing and testing audio/video, paging, and data cabling systems. The company is looking for electricians to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!
**Responsibilities:**
+ Pull cables through floors, walls, and ductwork
+ Dress, label, and terminate cables including CAT5, CAT6, fiber, coax, AV wire, fire alarm, and security/access control
+ Install and terminate racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF/IDF, and workstation outlets
+ Apply firestopping and test electrical systems for proper operation
+ Perform general labor duties such as cleaning up and moving materials
**Skills:**
+ Low Voltage Cable Pulling
+ Electrical Wiring and Conduit Bending
+ Blueprint and Schematic Reading
+ AV, Fire Alarm, and Security System Installation
+ Experience in Building Automation is a plus but not required
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ 1+ year of experience in low voltage environments
+ Experience with access control, CCTV, and building automation is a bonus
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects
**Experience Level:** IntermediateExpert Level
**Location:** Omaha, NE (100% field-based with occasional travel)
**Pay / Shift:**
Pay is depending on experience
MonFriday: 7am4pm (optional Saturdays)
