Company Urgently Hiring Plumbing Foreman!!**

**Job Description**

Direct and supervise the installation of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures, both on job sites and in the shop. The role involves significant independence, except during large construction and modification projects where technical supervision is provided. Maintenance and repair assignments are received through Teams Construction software, written requests, or emergency calls. Work is primarily reviewed by equipment and system users during and after project completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, lay out, and supervise plumbing work on job sites and in the shop.

+ Direct installation of plumbing and related systems, equipment, and fixtures.

+ Analyze defects in plumbing equipment and determine necessary repairs.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and lay out work from prints, rough plans, sketches, drawings, and broken parts.

+ Run storm or sanitary systems with helpers.

+ Work with water and temporary water lines.

+ Ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.

**Essential Skills**

+ Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the plumbing trade.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with cast iron and PVC installations.

+ Proficiency with mechanical and hand tools.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Cast iron experience is a significant advantage.

+ Ability to lay out and mark plumbing systems.

+ Experience in running storm or sanitary systems.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
