What Youll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using power tools and augers
• Respond to plumbing-related work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems
• Assist with renovations involving plumbing modifications
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools
• Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Managers to prioritize and document work
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

What Youll Get

• Pay: $23 - $30 per hour based on experience
• Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
• Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial)
• Solid knowledge of water distribution, waste disposal systems, and local plumbing codes
• Skilled in the safe use of plumbing tools and equipment
• Strong physical stamina (able to life up to 75 lbs.) and willingness to work in a variety of conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
• A team-first mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
