What Youll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using power tools and augers
- Respond to plumbing-related work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems
- Assist with renovations involving plumbing modifications
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools
- Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Managers to prioritize and document work
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
What Youll Get
- Pay: $23 - $30 per hour based on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
- Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial)
- Solid knowledge of water distribution, waste disposal systems, and local plumbing codes
- Skilled in the safe use of plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina (able to life up to 75 lbs.) and willingness to work in a variety of conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
- A team-first mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
