This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks for multi-family apartments
• Perform light carpentry (finish work, trim, cabinets, doors), electrical, plumbing, and painting
• Turn over units?making vacated or newly acquired apartments move-in ready
• Ensure units and buildings meet safety standards (locks, alarms, smoke detectors, etc.)
• Use a mobile app for managing work orders and submitting receipts
• Identify and report maintenance needs and complete assigned work orders promptly
• Physical Requirements: -Lift up to 75 lbs
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, crouching
• Operate a motor vehicle
• Work in varying environmental conditions (extreme heat or cold)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in apartment maintenance/handyman work (required)
• Strong skills in: Finish carpentry and trim work Cabinet and door installation
• Light plumbing and light electrical repairs
• Strong work ethic: punctual, reliable, flexible
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for work order management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to travel daily within MA and NH territory
• Must pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
• Must have own tools and reliable vehicle
