**Your Role + The Opportunity**

As an **Architect**, you will join the firm at our Columbus, Ohio office and be responsible for collaborating with the project team to design and document multiple projects. Your work will require you to be proficient in technical knowledge, architectural design, and to continue to advance your skill set. This associate-level role provides the opportunity to pursue professional growth while contributing to Brilliant Experiences with our clients.

**The Role Priorities**

- Perform architectural assignments with instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected results

- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including sharing knowledge and expertise with junior staff members

- Assist the Senior Architect on a project team to coordinate resources, and execute the project with a focus on technical quality

- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete projects on time, with precision and attention to detail

- Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition.

**Skills + Qualifications**

- A professional, accredited degree in Architecture is preferred, along with 5-7 years' experience of design and technical documentation.

- Proficient knowledge in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino)

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.

- The ability to be inspired, while balancing technical skills and creative aptitude.
