JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Project Engineer in Transportation, you will
serve as a technical and strategic partner in the design and delivery of
vital infrastructure projects for public-sector clients. This role
focuses on transportation improvements such as roadway reconstruction,
bridge design, and recreational trail systems that enhance public
safety, mobility, and quality of life. You will collaborate with
municipal, county, and state agencies to develop practical, sustainable
solutions aligned with community goals and regulatory standards. This
role is based out of our Baraboo WI office and offers a flexible work
environment and schedule. What you will do: Project management including
project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Client relations
including virtual or applicable in person meetings with existing and new
clients Design of transportation infrastructure projects including
roadways, bridges and trails Preparation of details, specifications, and
bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory
permits for projects Review and respond to proposals for projects with
assistance from MSA team members Assist with mentoring junior staff
Construction management and inspection experience a plus Public meeting

required Minimum of 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering
experience is required PE license required (WI PE preferred) WisDOT

Solid written and verbal communication skills Desire to work in a
