Nexeo HR is hiring skilled Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join a growing team in Cedar City! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with great growth potential. If you have experience with structural steel, can read blueprints, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment where precision and safety matterthis could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Layout, cut, fit, and weld steel components
Use fabrication tools including CNC machines, saws, torches, and plasma cutters
Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Track part quality and production activity using a tablet
Work closely with the shop foreman and support a strong team environment
Qualifications
1+ year of fabrication experience preferred
Ability to pass a FCAW 3G weld certification
Familiar with AWS D1.1 standards
Proficient with hand and power tools (grinders, band saws, squares, etc.)
Comfortable reading technical blueprints and shop drawings
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Pay
$16.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
