**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Welder & Fabricator to join our team, responsible for welding metal parts and components, including both structural and custom parts. The role involves working on projects that require precision and expertise in welding techniques.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld metal parts and components, including structural and custom parts.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

+ Perform MIG welding on various materials.

+ Work efficiently in a production environment.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work area.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

+ Be available to work on Saturdays as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in welding and fabrication.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in MIG welding.

+ 3 to 5 years production welding experience.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to work on Fridays as needed.

**Work Environment**

You will be working in a welding shop with approximately 20-25 other employees. The environment is well-guarded, with dedicated areas for welding and comprehensive personal protective equipment provided by the company.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, Minnesota.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
