Building Restoration Technician Job Description Join our team as a Building Restoration Technician, where you will play a critical role in restoring buildings affected by water, fire, and other damages. Your day will start at the shop, preparing for work, before heading out to various job sites to clean up and restore damaged properties. Responsibilities Head out to job sites to clean up and restore buildings from water and fire damage. Set up equipment for water removal and dry out processes. Remove and clean furniture, office supplies, and equipment from affected buildings. Perform demolition and remediation tasks as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in general labor and use of hand tools. Experience in furniture moving and carpentry skills. Knowledge of construction, demolition, and remediation processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Comfortable working at ceiling heights and in tight spaces, such as crawl spaces. Capability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects. Experience in driving, sitting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Why Work Here?
