Warehouse Dock Foreman

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION IN A BUSY NJ WAREHOUSE
We are looking for a responsible individual who has warehousing experience and can take initiative to think outside the box.
This person MUST read, write and understand English...
Looking for someone who can carefully read the truckers Bill of Ladings and match the shipments to the correct Pick up and load the pallets accordingly...
- organize outgoing LTL freight and move pallets accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized dock.
- Check in and work with the drivers to load pallets into trucks, then organize staging area after pickups.
- Must know how to operate warehouse equipment and drive a walkie rider and forklift
- Other general warehouse tasks will be required when there are no trucks to load.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule at the busy season
In season Hours would be 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional OT in peak seasons.
