Assistant Project Safety Manager

Assistant Project Safety Coordinator Advance Level 3 Full-time position.

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Project Safety Coordinator's for a very reputable Construction Company.
Someone who is well balanced in the construction industry has integrity can take on daily challenges.
Must have excellent computer skills, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and an understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

3- 5 years experience in the construction industry asset.

You will work closely with the Construction Management Team to insure all projects documents and communications are issued as per company protocols and processes.
Must be diligent and detailed with site walks, investigation reports and great demeanour.
Safety Assistant is responsible for:
Assisting in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies.
Maintaining and updating safety documentation and records.
Performing safety inspections and hazard assessments of facilities and equipment.
Conducting safety training sessions for staff.
Investigating and reporting safety incidents and violations.
Recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve safety conditions.
