Lead Carpenter

We are a thriving and professional remodeling contracting companylocated in Wenham, MA. We focus on residential renovations, additionsand remodels. We are growing on the North Shore with an establishedclient base in the greater Boston area. The Lead Carpenter will overseethe day to day onsite production and help lead our team. Duties willinclude: - Managing and facilitating subcontractors - Directing juniorcarpenters - Acting as on-site client liaison - Material ordering -Collaborating on the build process with project manager Must haves:English proficiency, great communication skills, reliable transportationand a valid driver\'s license. More importantly, a desire to learn andgrow. CSL preferred and bonus if you have knowledge of sustainableand/or advanced building techniques. We are accepting applications forFT, W-2 candidates only. Sign-on bonus paid after 120 days of successfulemployment. We are reviewing candidates on a rolling basis.
