Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Project Manager position include: Must hold an EPA Universal Certification and have experience managing commercial HVAC projects (residential or industrial experience also considered) Oversee start-to-finish operations of HVAC projectsprimarily commercial ground-up and remodel projectsensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met Be hands-on in the field at project startup to align with team processes and provide effective leadership Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Procore, and Building Connected software to manage scheduling, budgets, and communication Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics to ensure efficient project execution within a 60-mile radius of Sumter, SC Lead and mentor HVAC team members, fostering professional development and accountability Manage overlapping project responsibilities with an emphasis on quality assurance and compliance with industry standards Must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass a background check and drug test, and possess strong communication and leadership skills Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
