Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Dallas, Texas team as a Project Architect. You will be a pivotal contributor to help build a culture within our Page office.

We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience with specific knowledge in one or more of the following market sectors:

Science & Technology

Mixed-use

Datacenter

Hospitality

Healthcare

Commercial/Workplace

The preferred candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical, professional and managerial professionals. In addition, this person must be particularly suited for working in a constantly changing work environment.

Responsibilities for this role also include:

Forecasting and organizing project design development and production delivery.

Identifying and addressing design related issues as well as following protocol and procedures in order to reach the best resolution.

Strong architectural and technical detailing skills and the understanding of the construction administrative process with on-site project assistance.

Understanding of project budgets schedules, codes and jurisdictional requirements.

Successfully manage internal small to large project teams with Client/Owner/Contractor interactions and relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university

Active RA License, required

Proficiency with REVIT

Self-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing and able to mentor staff

Ability to create design development and construction project documents in all phases and familiarity with construction administration processes

Skilled at identifying and addressing issues as well as following protocol and procedure to reach the best resolution

Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of disciplines and consultants

Experience working with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals

Skilled at identifying and addressing issues as well as following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best resolution

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines
