Fabricator Machine Operator 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Fabricator Machine Operator for a great company in Delano! You will be responsible for tending fabrication machines that bend and shape metal tubing and structures. This Fabricator Machine Operator position is M-Thursday from 6am-3:30pm and Friday from 6am-10am and the pay is $18-21/hr. If you have great attention to detail, organized and motivated, apply now! RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors, measures, and records work pieces per documented procedures by testing and inspecting product using a variety of metrologies including, but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, pin gages, check fixtures, and laser vision to ensure accuracy of machine operation and conformance to Quality standards. Performs minor machine maintenance and preventative checklist such as checking machine fluids, oiling machines, dies, or work pieces, ensuring emergency stops and mats are in place. Demonstrate consistent commitment to quality and possess exceptional attention to detail References prints and work instructions to determine the appropriate materials, resources, and proper tooling for machine set-up to complete job specifications. Installs, aligns, and locks specific punches, dies, or fixtures in machine beds in accordance with work instructions. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to read and comprehend written directions. Ability to read blueprints. Strong math skills HS/GED The Fabricator Machine Operator position pay is $18-21/hr and the hours are M-Thursday from 6am-3:30pm and Friday from 6am-10am.
