Maintenance Technician / Mechanic/ Welder

| Custom Staffing is partnering with a local recycling Company to add |

| Industrial Maintenance Technician to their team in Marion, OH. This |

| is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation |

| and benefits programs that are among the industry's best. This job |

| is for 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week, with working on weekends as |

| needed for over-time. Custom Staffing Benefits: weekly pay |

| (flexible pay options) and medical insurance. |

| Pay is dependent on experience up to $25 per hour. 1st Shift. |

| Requirement : minimum of 1-3 years experience. |

| Summary: Perform routine mechanical duties, including lubricating |

| machinery, changing parts, and preventive maintenance. Conduct |

| welding and fabrication for equipment repairs. Perform lock/tagout |

| procedures and troubleshoot electrical issues. Coordinate with |

| managers, enter work orders, and collaborate with contractors to |

| complete projects. |

| Duties and Responsibilities: |

| |

| - Performs maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, coordinating |

| with managers on parts, timeframes and equipment failures. |

| - Repair hydraulics, troubleshoot electrical systems, and change |

| parts like motors, bearing, belts and conveyor components. |

| - Knowledge of machine repair. |

| - Fabrication and welding skills, including handrails, piping, and |

| heavy lifting attachments |

| - Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring efficient operation. |

| - Assist in designing, fabricating, and welding of mechanical |

| structures, guards and special equipment as required. |

| - Respond to emergency facility issues and assist with general |

| maintenance, including electrical, lighting and roof repairs. |

| - Record work completed and recommend improvements to prevent |

| malfunctions. |
