Now Hiring: Project Architect – Full-Cycle Design Role (Hybrid Option)
We’re a growing architecture firm based in the Chicago area , known for thoughtful design, technical rigor, and long-term client relationships across residential, religious, and hospitality sectors. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Architect ready to take full ownership of projects from concept through completion.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s ready to lead, collaborate directly with ownership, and make meaningful contributions to both our projects and our culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration • Produce and manage high-quality construction documents • Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and permitting authorities • Oversee technical detailing, code compliance, and quality control • Participate in in-office collaboration during onboarding, with hybrid flexibility available thereafter
Preferred Background
• Minimum 3–10 years of architectural experience with proven project ownership • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required • Strong understanding of detailing, building codes, and consultant coordination • Experience with hospitality, residential, or religious architecture is a plus • Licensure or NCARB certification preferred, but not required • Prior familiarity with Chicago permitting and zoning processes highly valued
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 , with six-figure potential based on experience • Standard benefits package included • Leadership visibility and long-term growth path for the right professional
