Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: 60-70 pay rate W2 based on experience
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience
What's the Job?
- Oversee construction sites, ensuring a high level of safety and quality with a goal of zero safety incidents.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring contractor efficiency and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage construction contracts from bidding through closeout, ensuring adherence to all requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and provide regular updates to clients and upper management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination and address safety concerns.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a construction manager in commercial building and clean room construction.
- Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and MS Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification and experience interpreting construction standards.
- Strong leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
