Collaborate with the client EH&S team to meet expectations. Develop, implement, and evaluate advanced safety initiatives that communicate and reinforce company policies, focusing on proactive incident prevention and comprehensive risk management. Conduct detailed on-site risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards to employees, clients, the public, and the environment. Design, implement, and continuously improve controls to mitigate identified risks effectively. Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with evolving safety and regulatory requirements. Manage and lead regular safety audits, comprehensive risk assessments, inspections, training programs, and meetings to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of safety efforts and accident prevention activities. Conduct and oversee in-depth accident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an EH&S management role. Demonstrated success in leading injury reduction and risk mitigation initiatives at a managerial level. Requirements & Specifications: This role is a 10-24 month project with the opportunity to become a full time role Work environment (Semiconductor construction facility) Ideal candidate will have same previous experience or experience in the safety aspect of construction on data centers, oil & gas refineries, clean rooms. Position requires minimum to no travel, on-site requiring flexibility to manage dynamic operational needs and schedules. Candidates should be okay with working exposed to climate/outside elements and also going inside buildings and wear a respirator & other required PPE. Ideal candidates will be OSHA 300+ certified
