Position Summary:
We’re seeking a hands-on, reliable individual to handle general maintenance and repair tasks at our corporate office in Eugene and local dealership locations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and can manage a wide variety of small repair and upkeep jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs (e.g., patching walls, replacing ceiling tiles, adjusting doors/cabinets)
• Handle light plumbing and electrical work (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs and switches)
• Assemble or move office furniture and equipment as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessary
• Maintain tools and supplies inventory
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management
