- Conduct traffic impact studies and transportation planning analyses.
- Develop and implement traffic management plans.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to identify transportation needs and solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Utilize transportation modeling software to analyze traffic patterns and forecast future conditions.
- Participate in public meetings and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Perform engineering/planning tasks under supervision.
- Assist with preparation of technical reports.
- Travel to and from job sites, other offices, and meetings as required.
- 1-3+ years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning.
- Knowledge of traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM preferred).
- Knowledge of CADD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the theory and practice of transportation engineering principles.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, public review agency personnel, and clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)/EIT or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certificate is a plus.
- Experience and/or knowledge of SYNCHRO.
- Ability to assist with report preparation.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
