Pay Range: 65K to 75K per year

What You'll Do Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments including sales, detailing, operations, superintendents, shop, etc.Coordinate project requirements with the contractor's rep as well as with the rebar installer, engineer and or architectInterpret and explain plans and contract terms to appropriate staff, workers and customersInterpretation and application of job contractsNegotiate pricing as needed and provide creative solutions to solve problems, ensuring project is completed efficiently and effectivelyOversee efforts to ensure that CMC fulfills contractual obligations on the assigned project(s) and review all RFI's and change ordersRepresent the company in project meetings as neededSchedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and CMC production staff as neededTravel safely to and from project sitesWhat You'll Need Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with rebar, concrete, or general contracting preferredProject management experience preferredMust be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when neededExcellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this roleYour Education A combination of formal education and/or directly related work experience may substitute for the degree.Bachelor or Associate Degree preferredCMC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, citizenship, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, or other status protected by federal, state or local law.
