**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Former Fabricator** to operate forming equipment used in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have years of experience, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and has a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate forming machines, both CNC and Manual.
- Expert knowledge using:
- Plate Benders (up to " thick material)
- Brake Presses (up to 1" thick material)
- Plate Rollers (Up to " thick material)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as a Metal former fabricator in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with metal forming tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
