Rate of Pay: Rates shown are average rates but pay is dependent upon experience with opportunity for growth. We want long-term employees and believe in rewarding good performance, so we strive to pay our employees more than average for their knowledge and effort applied.

Hours: Normal hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30- 4, but must be able to work overtime if needed.

Job Requirements:

Supervisor & Foreman: 2+ years of experience in Hardscaping and/or General Construction
1 year managing jobs to meet deadlines at highest quality (Scheduling experience a plus)
Must be able to plan what's needed to complete goal efficiently
Laborers: 1+ years of experience in Hardscaping and/or General Construction
Problem solving
Knowledge of how to read plans: plan and lay out jobs, and install per product specs or industry standards, (i.e. per code or ICPI standards)
Trucks and equipment: Must be able to take care of trucks, equipment, and tools
License: Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Physical Abilities: Physically meet required endurance (standing, squatting, kneeling) and able to lift what is needed to complete the jobs
Driving and Operating Knowledge: Able to drive truck with trailer, operate skid loaders, mini-excavators, laser level, and all smaller tools needed to run a crew and complete a job

Hardscaping: paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, grading, etc
Excavation: extensive knowledge in machinery operating or excavation
Construction or Masonry: construction (i.e. plumbing and electric) or masonry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
