Electrical Engineer

Seeking for an Electrical Engineer to design and optimize electrical systems for HVAC and plumbing applications for commercial construction. This role involves developing power distribution, automation, and control systems while working closely with mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electrical systems that support HVAC and plumbing installations, including power distribution and automation.
  • Conduct load calculations and confirm compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
  • Create technical drawings, wiring schematics, and conduit layouts for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing engineers to integrate electrical systems effectively.
  • Perform site inspections to evaluate installations and troubleshoot electrical concerns.
  • Assist with material selection and cost estimation for electrical components.
  • Ensure quality control and oversee testing of electrical systems before project completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 1-5 years of experience in electrical system design for HVAC and plumbing applications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical load calculation software.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and industry construction standards.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
