Machine Builder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting all components required for assembly tasks, installing bearings, bushings, and other key parts into machine components, and assembling large and complex equipment made of multiple sub-assemblies. You will follow assembly drawings to ensure precise builds, inspect assemblies to guarantee proper fit and function, and communicate any issues or delays to management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collect all components required for each assembly task.
+ Install bearings, bushings, and other key parts into machine components.
+ Assemble large and complex equipment made of multiple sub-assemblies.
+ Follow assembly drawings to ensure precise builds.
+ Inspect assemblies to guarantee proper fit and function.
+ Communicate any issues or delays to management.
+ Mount mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems onto machines.
+ Rotate through various production tasks and conduct quality inspections.
+ Prepare finished products for shipment and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in assembly, schematic, and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Previous experience in mechanical assembly.
+ Experience working with hand and power tools.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Ability to use drill presses and hydraulic/manual presses.
+ Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Drive for continuous improvement and willingness to learn.
