Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

Manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct site inspections and manage quality control throughout the construction process.

Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

1 - 3 years or more of experience in construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, or similar).
