Welder Pay: $19 - $24 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire Opportunity) Schedule: 40-50 hours per week, Monday to Friday Are you a skilled welder with a keen mechanical aptitude and a passion for quality craftsmanship? Key Responsibilities: Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to perform welding tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials, dimensions, weld criteria, and feature positions. Apply industry safety practices and maintain a safe work environment. Execute specific welding processes such as GMAW, pulse arc, and FCAW. Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and overhead hoists. Lift and handle materials up to 40+ pounds. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of welding experience. Assembly experience (2+ years) is a plus. Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and maintain quality standards.
