With 17-20 projects running concurrently, this company specializes in self-performing carpentry and steel work while subcontracting other tasks. Currently, they are working on two school projects, and contractors may move between projects based on location and travel preferences. Responsibilities: Perform commercial construction carpentry tasks including framing and rough carpentry. Execute finish carpentry work, including drywall installation, trim work, and cabinetry. Proficiently use a tape measure and operate saws and various other power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, details, and drawings. Install hardware and complete concrete and new construction tasks. Essential Skills: Proficiency in commercial construction and framing. Experience in rough carpentry and finish carpentry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Skill in operating saws and various power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with drywall, concrete, and new construction. Proficiency in trim work, hardware installation, and cabinetry. Ability to use essential tools such as hammers, pliers, speed squares, and tape measures.
