OVERVIEW

This job opportunity is with a manufacturing facility in Fairfield and surrounding areas. In this position you will operate various machines, grinders, welding and fabrication, conveyor systems, pallet jacks and forklifts.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Operate machines to ensure production of quality products and perform routine audits, weights, and quality checks.

Adhere to quality control

Make adjustments accordingly to meet customer specifications sheet

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Dependable and reliable

Good attendance is a

MUST

Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities

Mechanical and technical aptitude

Ability to stand for 8 to 10hours

Strong hand/eye coordination

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Forklift (2 + years is a

PLUS)

Previous experience as a machine operator, foundry is a **BONUS** but

NOT required!

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/Equivalent

WORK HOURS/WAGE

1^st^ Shift 6:30a-3p $15.00/hr (plus the potential of bonuses)

2^nd^ Shift 3p-11p $17.50/hr.
