Commercial HVAC Estimator

Location: Springfield, MA

Reports To: General Manager

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually

Responsibilities:

Grow commercial HVAC sales

Equipment cross referencing / sourcing

Generate customer sales / orders

Commercial plumbing design build support

Produce bids / Customer pricing from plan and spec

Support Outside sales

Attain specialty material through the use of purchase orders

Effectively handle customer service issues

Schedule and manage customer deliveries

Produce bids for customer approval

Manage credits to FW Webb standards

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior commercial HVAC experience required.

Working knowledge of Excel, word, internet, e-mail and web browsers.

Strong Sales aptitude required. Previous sales experience preferred.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.

Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
