Konik is partnered with a growing specialty contractor who is adding a Project Director to their team.

Project Director Responsibilities:

Lead and guide project management team on project needs, expectations, and manage workloads

Determine and develop individual strengths of team members, and lead continuous improvement measures

Project Manager construction projects and drive development and culture of team

Monitor project budgets, create schedules, and coordinate with internal and external teams on project needs

Project Director Requirements:

Previous experience in leading construction teams on projects and development

Ability to manage and lead teams during high stress situations

Experience in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar

Strong values and passion for process improvement and team development
